I’m still waiting for surgery to be scheduled. The pain is really getting me down, knowing I don’t have to live this way. Bed to couch and back to bed again. Try to fix one meal a day which usually results in being in total agony.
Not sure what’s up but my knee is really hurting lately. Both have already been replaced so Idk whats up with that.
Most of the trim is up in bathroom. He still has the air compressor sitting there. I’m happy with the way it turned out.
Now I pray I can get him to take this bed out and bring the queen bed in the shipping container in. It’s at least comfortable. Hoping there will be a good time to ask.
He sent in all the stuff to draw his SS and it’s been weeks, without a single word. Getting him to call is like pulling teeth.
Did the taxes online today. Hopefully they went to the right place. Idk how to check.
I need a good book so I can escape.
Any recommendations? No “romance”. Just can’t do sappy. I like Westerns, Fantasy (yeah, I’m a total nerd who loves fairytales and dragons) and comedy. Although, as an exception, the Thornbirds and Gone With the Wind were both pretty good…

The bathroom looks fantastic. The air compressor is a small one and doesn't detract from the work you put in, redoing the bathroom. can you call and find our what is the hold up on surgery?
Conagher by Louis L'Amour is my favorite western.
My favorite author is CJ Cherryh. Her stuff is excellent, leans more SciFi though. I recommend The Pride of Chanur as a good book to try.
I used to read a lot of fantasy. You can't go wrong with Anne McCaffrey's Dragonsong as a light look into a world with dragons. The follow up Dragonsinger is my favorite in the series, but I'd recommend starting with the first book.
