Try a warm water and epsom salt soak. I've had splinters/thorns come out that way.I mopped the floors yesterday and scrubbed the bathroom, folded laundry and made dinner. Today I hurt so badly I can’t see straight, plus one of the guys tracked a thorn of some kind into the house and it broke iff inside my foot. I can’t even reach to try abd doctor it and it’s extremely painful. Randy can’t see stuff like this even with glasses and last time he tried an exploratory search that wasn’t even close to the area and did far more harm than good. I can’t take much more of this!![]()
I hope tomorrow is better for you too.I have ichthammol (sp) on a band aid. Hopefully it’s in the right spot. Hard to reach and hard to tell. Guess I will know more tomorrow. Rough, rough day today! I wish we lived where I could hire someone to help out instead of going through this. Not doing it isn’t an option as I can barely tolerate living here as it is without even more filth. He said he would do dishes from last night as I wasn’t able to tolerate movement after getting dinner prepared. Instead, as usual, I was emptying the dishwasher late this afternoon and washing and drying everything but the heavy cast iron pans.
He still hasn’t finished his part of the bathroom and may not ever. I’m tired of asking. At least the walls look nice.
I am really loving the lilacs this spring. It smells amazing right outside the window
