I can supply pics of the plants if you want.

Hostas .....will shipped clipped 4 year old plants I have approximately 30.

Spider bushes ........purple, tall variety, full sun, easy to grow........throw the see out and spit on it, next year you'll have a stand. I'll ship about a teaspoon of seeds (thats alot the seeds are tiny) along with instructions to plant and grow, if you want.

Daylily.......orange.........I'll ship trimmed rootstock. I have WAY more than I can get rid of.

Foam Flower........I'll ship dry rootstock

Euphorbia..........dried rootstock

Irises..........small purple, dinner plate purple, small white, dinner plate white, purple/white fancy, lavender (both fancy and plain", fancy peach, MAYBE fancy peppermint stripe.

Lamb's ear.......I'll ship rootstock

MAYBE the following: (the seeds are VERY hard to catch on these)

Seeds:
Strawberry Yarrow
Yellow cream Yarrow
MInts: chocolate, cat (cat mint not cat nip), lemon, pineapple, licorice, wintergreen, peppermint,

And in the event that my Eucalyptis reproduces this year, I'll have a Eucalyptis to swap.

Things I'd like to have:
sedums
day lily (any color except orange)
Pink spider bush
asparagus root
MONKEY GRASS.......I NEED MONKEY GRASS
Asiactic lily
Peruvian Lily
Peruvian Daffodil

**I am open to suggestion. If you want something, let me know what you have to swap. I may decide to give it a try. The worst that could happen is I say "no thanks".....:)

I will not take up plants at a time that will overly stress them, and I'll ship when they have the best chance of survival. Seeds will ship as soon as they are dried enough to not mold.

Of course, No guarantee on growth or survival of these plants.

I don't have anything to swap. I am curious what some of these seeds/plants are used for?

RTG I bet those Irises are gorgeous! How much work goes into them and where do they have to be planted?

Trade : Cherokee Purple Tomato seeds

I have been growing and saving these seeds for years. I live in zone 7b, planted tomatoes outside last April and picked my last tomatoes in October, from the SAME plants! They make a hardy plant and have never been exposed to anything that didn't come from the south end of one of my critters on the farm.

Want : Pink Oxheart Tomato seeds, berry seeds or just something fun

I also have some OLD-OLD-OLD irises. I bought my farm a few years back and at the time it was an old homestead. The couple I bought it from planted irises, jonquils and daffodils all over the place. I don't know the name of this type of iris, it is dark and pretty but I can't find an image of this exact one. I will trade some bulbs if anyone has anything good.

I have:
Heirloom tomato seeds:
-Cherry types
Reisentraube ( so prolific it looks like a bunch of grapes)
Tangella (orangy colored when ripe)
-Pink type
Eva Purple Ball
-Red
Ceylon (oddly shaped smallish fruit, tasty)
Yorkbec (very early type developed in Quebec)
Olomovic (early, and a "huge producer")
Doucets Plum Red (early, developed in Quebec)
Silvery Fir Tree (small fruit but tasty, and gorgeous foliage)
Rutgers (pretty tomato-looking tomato
-Paste
Hungarian Italian ("very prolific" with few seeds)
Martino's Italian (late, very meaty)
-Keeping
Yellow Out Red In (Keeping tomatoes are no good just off the vine, you have to store them a few months to ripen, making them the perfect tomato for when you're desperate for the taste of something fresh in the winter)

Herbs/Flowers
Lemon-Lime Basil (smells really lemony!)
Genovese Basil ("regular" basil)
Sweet Italian Basil
Oregano
Catnip
Spearmint
Southern Giant Curled Mustard
Red Sunflowers (brilliant red petals on smaller heads, but multiple heads per stalk)
Red-Blue Spectrum Zinnia

Fruits/Veggies
Pingtung Long Eggplant
Blacktail Mountain Watermelon
Sugar Baby Watermelon
Lemon Cucumber (yellow round cucumbers, I planted these in a friend's garden and didn't tell him as a joke one time ;D )
Scarlet Nantes Carrot
Connecticut Field Pumpkin
Hungarian Paprika (dry them and grind them up to make your own spice!)

All of these are non gmo and heirloom seeds. I'm interested in the same back, preferably in stock that has a shortish growing time since Iowa can be unpredictable with frost dates. I'm particularly interested in plants that will do well in shade (my back yard is loaded with trees and is a steep hill to boot, so wildflowers/plants that don't need attention are welcome there) I have a 10 x 40 foot plot that I'm renting so I have LOTS of space, even with all the tomatoes I'm growing. ;)
