Possible white muscle disease!

I have a kiko goat,a wether that is almost a year old.He can't walk and can't stand either. I think he might have white muscle disease. Has anyone else had a goat with white muscle disease, and if so how did it turn out?

Any other symptoms?
Could be Polio, could be parasites (meningeal worm) , could be UC, could be bloat.
Temp?
Is he kicking, pawing?
How does his inner eye membranes look?
What feed is he on?
Is he crying? Lethargic?

If it is WMD you need Rx selenium. You can only get that through a vet.

I've never dealt with white muscle disease, but isn't it more prevalent in younger goats? I'd be looking for other issues - in fact - I'd be looking for a vet.

I've only had white muscle disease in one very young (week old) kid
She died and we had a necropsy so that's how we knew what it was
If we have any kids who seem weak now we give selenium and thiamine
