Any milk you use will be different than what he is used to. If you want to add some milk, then going with plain whole cow milk is as good as anything. Not expensive and you can drink it if he doesn't like it. You are also talking very small amounts so buying goat milk replacer is an expense that you probably don't need or won't use up.
Not knowing what the pig weighs etc.... I would only use like 2-4 oz mixed in the pellets... or separate feed, and see if he will eat more pellets. At the least the store bought milk is pasteurized so "safer" for him than if you got some raw milk from somewhere.
The goal here is to get him off milk and eating as much as possible as soon as possible..... I would not get too carried away with the milk but use it in small amounts as a supplement while trying to completely wean this piglet.

You should probably find a lactating sow and put her on a milk stand and milk her then bottle feed him. I hear wild sows are the best they have the highest probiotics in their milk. Depending on which state u live in you might be able to just walk around and find a wild one. Make sure u put lotion on your hands wild sows don't like chapped hands.

Here are some pics. He is doing alot better! He is eating about a 1/2 cup of pellets a day. He has already been house trained. We give him about a 1/2 cup of milk per day. 1/4 in the morning and at night.

You are keeping him in the house?? :ep
Potbelly pigs are not good house pets, they can get up to 250lbs. Even our mini pig turned out to be a bad house pet and he is only about 50lbs at over 2yrs old.
