Question about rabbit toys

I have one rabbit (Californian doe, a year old), that seems to be playing with things. She'll pick up her water dish and move it around often. If it's empty, she'll flip it so it flies in the air and lands somewhere else, and she'll repeat this (even when not thirsty). Once the lid to the water pitcher landed in her hutch and she picked it up to carry around. She seems to do this from sheer playfulness and enjoyment of it.

So, is this a rabbit that might like a toy or two? I figure it can't hurt, right?

If your rabbit likes a toy, what kind does it like? I'm thinking of trying a plastic cat ball with a bell in it. Or maybe a ping-pong ball. She does not chew on her plastic water dish, so I don't think she'd have a problem with a plastic toy. What about a tiny stuffed animal?

I stop at goodwill for baby toys. Hard plastic, not heavy, and round enough to roll around. Best if there are narrow parts to it's easy for them to pick up in their teeth. Most have some kind of bell or noisemaker.

I can hear from the house which rabbits are playing with toys. When one stops playing with their toys, I switch the toys around. They seem to be bored with the same toys all the time.

I think a stuffed animal is a bad idea. They will chew it and it would probably cause a "wool block" which really could be fatal.

I have to bring in their toys and wash them. I should take a photo of them and post for you.

Hard plastic baby keys, wicker baskets that don't have any type of coating on them, wooden spoons with no coating on them

I do what tortoise does as well, I go to the Goodwill and look for hard plastic balls, my rabbits love them! I also give mine toilet paper rolls stuffed with hay and plastic bottles! They are happy then

Ohhh, baby toys! I never thought about that, what a good idea. I bet she'd look cute carrying a rattle around.

We cut up different sizes of pine wooden blocks for our rabbits. They are always redecorating their cages with them.

Let me add that if you do this, make sure you are using non-treated wood.
