Hello everyone! This weekend my Chevre' culture comes in and I am hoping to use my does milk to make myself some cheese!

Does anyone have a super easy, SUPER tasty recipe that they can share? Emphasis on EASY too!

I found this one on line. It looks pretty close to mine. Just in case you wanted something sooner. I am not off work for at least two more hours

Thank you Sharyl! I've been eyeing that one and even bought their starter culture. I think this will be my first attempt. I LOVE the chevre' that has honey incorporated into it but I"ll be darned if I can figure out how to get that to stay inside the cheese without ruining the consistency.

Well this set was not a "complete" fail but I wound up making more of a "feta" type of cheese than anything that could be formed into a log or a cheese mold. Next time...I won't let it sit as long and I sure as HECK won't add the 2tsp. of salt the recipe called for from the box. *bleck*
