I don't know for sure but I don't think it would be beneficial

It is a iron/vitamin / mineral supplement made for horses

It is very high in iron 9400 ppm
I don't think goats need that unless they are anemic

It also does not have selinium, copper, and zinc at as high a level as a goat mineral does

So it has iron at a level that a healthy goat would not need and not enough of the minerals they need

Also it contains beef byproducts

I bought a gallon too but I'm not going to give it to an animal unless my vet suggests

Sorry you lost your goat. I assume you bought the red cell because the goat was anemic... If so, did you determine why it was anemic? Have you checked your other goats for the same situation? Hope the rest are OK.
