Retained placenta

I am brand new to goats. My first mama had a very healthy girl without assistance. However I did not see the placenta. There was some fresh mess on the hay when I came to check on her and some evidence that she ate it.
However she gave birth on Friday evening and it is now Monday evening and she still has yellowish and occasional bloody discharge. No fever. Any ideas?

They sometimes have some light discharge for a few days. If she eating, drinking, moving about normally, probably all good. Take temp for ease of mind.
