Ringworm???

Bought this calf, 3 month old jersey x, hair around it's eyes looks a little odd. Is it ringworm? I am new to cattle, so any help would be truly appreciated.

Not this time of year, ringworm is much more crusty-looking than what's shown, and I'm not seeing any crusty spots on the calf, just bare patches of skin. I'm thinking either mange or lice could be the problem here.
