Just wondering if there are any diseases all donkeys should be tested for ( like goats and CAE) besides a fecal analysis? Also are there any nessesary routine vaccines besides flu and tetanus? I have been searching online and have found many possible diseases but none that are so common that must be routinely screened or vaccinated against beside what I put above outside of routine trimming and annual physical and dental. Thanks in advance!

Ask your vet, they would know best which vaccines, there's many out there in addition to influenza and tetanus. Rabies, Strangles, Potomac fever, Encephalitis (3 types) west nile.... which ones depends on your area and how much the donkey will travel.
