Run Size for Rabbits

yep basically was planning on having the same enclosure as my chickens, basically there is a 9' wire fence (and the same material runs across the top side to side), though i've got to admit i'm wondering if maybe after reading about through the wire peeing/pregnancy etc it isnt better i change my plan and use colourbond fencing rather than wire.

I was hoping to be able to walk over the top from one pen to another though.......so having the walls higher than 3 feet might be problematic (as well as heavier to move for poop collection).
