    Hello,

I was curious what you all use to weigh your livestock? Do you have any suggestions?

    Thank you!

I pick up my goats and weigh them... I hope my mini alpines don't get too big for my DH to pick up! Lol. I tape my pigs and calculate. So I am no help!

I no longer recommend AAscales. Poor customer service and the scale head (display) breaks - trying to get them to replace or even get a new one is impossible.

This company is a good one...

Would you recommend the 400lb or 700lb?

It really depends on your livestock.
Our goats and dogs will not be over 400 lbs so we don't need anything larger.
If you have hogs that may be borderline then go up.

    That is sweet!

I have not yet used this company however I see good things here and someone I know has a feeder. I LOVE their site and hope to have some customized products made.
