Sheep with swollen ear

I have a lamb with swollen ear. Just started this morning. Otherwise she appears well. She did get head stuck in a net fence yesterday so I'm thinking that was it. But the ear feels hot compared to the other one. Thoughts?

Swell will produce heat... BUT....bee sting, bug bite?

Give her some aspirin or put aspercream on the swelling. Just some relief. If no cuts, I'd treat & watch.
