Should I dose the goats with Corid just in case?

yikes!

some of my little chickies look to have cocci - i am dosing them with corid.

they are NEAR but not with the dairy goats - should i dose the does just in case? anything else i should do?

PS if you have fresh raw goats milk - feed it to your chicks. I have heard through many grapevines that it helps with the cocci, altho I haven't ever researched it. If you're a member over on BYC, ask Speckledhen about this (she has used my goat's milk for her chickies in the past).

Coccidia are host-specific.. Chicken coccidia can't infect goats, nor vice versa..

thanks! and yep helmsted i'm pouring on the raw goats milk for all the poultry..and the dogs.. and the pigs.. and us...

and thanks cmjust0 for the confirmation. i just made the rounds and the little chickies seem to be doing better. i was shocked that they ran to the medicated water - i thought they would turn up their little beaks!
