Female goat born in March. Today she was acting weird. She gags when she tries to eat or drink. And when she gags she shakes her head and tan liquid comes out her mouth.
I dewormed her. Checked her mouth for foreign object. Messaged her throat. Palpated her belly. I found nothing.
Her poo was not liquid, like frozen custard. Color was normal brown.

I have baking powder.

Any advice?

I'm don't know if it's cocchious or thiamine deficient or polio.

Take the collar off.

It would be best to have a vet evaluate her. Not being able to get water down is a major problem. It would be better to have her seen ASAP verses waiting until she is dehydrated and needs extra fluids etc.

Try lifting the buckets up higher, it may be easier for her to drink that way.
