Got any pics? I second the vote to trim it all you can and put her out on clean grass/soil, avoid muddy/poopy quarters/paddocks.

Trimming will be both tricky and very painful with the split being where the hoof attaches to the leg. If the hoof has 'extra nail' at the end which impacts the ground, then remove this. I wouldn't try to trim the nail which has split from the top at the moment.

Clean the hoof up and spray it with purple( iodine-based spray) or a tetracycline spray. I'd probably also give her a pain killer (meloxicam or similar).

Clean and spray on a regular basis and trim any 'loose' hoof as and when you can.

Accept that she will limp for a while, but will make a full recovery if the area is kept clean.

Hoof glue sounds like a good idea. Boil it out with hydrogen peroxide, wipe and blot dry, then glue it back together.
