The journey into the abyss of no return

Welcome home...

Looks like a cat head/face, where the ears are at will all be glass and south facing. Sunken living room too.
I have friends with a house like this. Not with the ears, but all windows and 2 stories. The lower space is all open, except for the supports, it has a workout area and the rest is misc usage. The views from upstairs are amazing.

I won't need stairs, I'm already the highest point for miles around thankfully. There will be a second story to this, but instead of going up it will be going down. Can't call it a basement when the whole house is buried except the windows in which the bottom floor will have some sort itself.
It's going to be really cool. I'm looking forward to following the process.

Official count is 4 goose eggs a day being dropped and I'm hatching them all

Okay, why???? Sales for the goslings?

Six more goose eggs two days ago, five more today, so they are laying every other day. Do the math and we got an average 3 plus goose eggs a day, they will lay until maybe June, but on the side of caution May. With that math over 270 geese running around plus the 20 already on hand, what the flock! :gig Don't count your eggs before they hatch, but if the attrition rate is same as last year of 98%, as they say in ebonics... we be fked. I don't know what else one would do with goose eggs besides hatch them :idunno
You could eat them.

Or sell them. Some people can't eat chicken eggs, but do fine with duck/goose/quail whatever.
