The journey into the abyss of no return

I thought Montana was supposed to be one of the last big open spaces with few restrictions. Sounds like you have moved into wanna be California!
Got to understand which side of the state is making the state laws and that is as same as Washington state. Notice a trend there.... Now if you look at county laws and requirements, it's a free for all.

I learned my lesson; SSS shoot, shovel & shut up. Two can play this game.

I live by this; there is man made laws and there is laws of the land, I live by laws of the land that will always triumph man made laws. It is my right to be able to do as I please as I don't interfere with others. Saying I would contaminate other peoples wells by drilling on my own property is to say everyone's septic system is doing as such too including my own.
Can't put septic within 100' of a well due to contamination correct? So if I sink a well over 100' away from my property lines then anything that would contaminate my well by my own doing wouldn't contaminate other wells since it's the same concept correct? If not please enlighten me on that.
On the same note if by me putting a PVC pipe down for a well casing with a HDPE pipe is contaminating the water supply, then everyone better rip their water lines out feeding their homes including in the city. Better yet, how about we look into the 630' of galvanized pipe they were going to use to put in my well they quoted me on, no health risks there right? I have so much ammunition to rip this apart and point to the direction that all this is, is a farce and the reality is they want me to pay them for a well as the directors, board members who make the rules are well drillers. The one who controls the whole board is one of two in this county/area. I digress.

I can picture someone here doing this...
