With a temp of 106.7 there is no doubt he's got a problem. That's a high temp and he most likely needs antibiotics and fever reducing meds. Can you have him seen by a vet?

That's great! Please let us know how it goes.
Vet thinks urinary calculi
she gave him an antibiotic and banamine and sent home 2 more doses for tomorrow and friday.
and said to give him milk of magnesia and no more grains.
after an hour in the car with air conditioning he was still 106.4 when she took his temp.

Uh oh... That's not great news. Did she suggest ammonium chloride for him? It's commonly used in cases of urinary calculi. Hopefully the meds will work well for him.

Please keep us posted on his condition. I really hope he gets better for you!

No she did not I am not sure I agree with her "diagnosis" I know she is the vet the expert, but she touched his belly and gave him 2 shots gave me a big syringe to put milk of magnesia in to give him and banamine for 2 days. I will do as she said and keep a close eye on him but other than the fever he doesn't really show signs of that. but I am new and dont know. but it doesnt feel like the answer to me.
