So after checking the whole herd (not the bucks yet that's for morning.. Becuse of they don't go near baby) Only the doe in the poto and the doe with what looks to be infected little bumps are the only ones showing singns of being sick

Doesn’t look like any orf I’ve ever seen. I looks more like she’s been rubbing the hair off on a feeder or something. Maybe normal winter “wear and tear” or she had something that was irritating her and she scratched more than normal.

I don't know goats at all, but my first thought was so sort of contact issue, not the same but like when we get poison ivy or similar.

Yeah, that seems like a valid theory. It *might* be mites or something similar, but the chin is a weird place for mites. I’d normally look for them on the top of the head/ears and legs.

They are currently in a stall and have been for 2 or 3 weeks... because I've been overly cautious about my pregnant does because its been super cold and I have no estimated due date

What are you using for bedding? There could be something in the bedding that is irritating them. There are normally some little bumps on the teats like that and it’s hard to tell from your picture, but they look a little blistery. Still doesn’t look like orf though.
