Weird rabbit shedding

Hey guys, one of my bucks constantly sheds but now he’s starting to look really weird, some of it is growing back shorter and some is hairless! Do we know what’s happening? Also what do I do to fix this?

Has he got a mineral wheel to sample? Could be a vitamin deficiency. Maybe a parasite infestation...lice?
