What calf starter to give Dairy heifers and bulls?

I have a registered milking shorthorn heifer and bull calf. They are both a month old now.
what percent protein and fat should be in a calf starter for them? I would like them to grow at a health rate, and I don't want my heifer too fat as it is a dairy breed.
