Anything you can do with cow's milk.

Cheeses, sour cream, butter, buttermilk, yogurt, ice cream, candy, whipped cream (if you can get the cream off of it)....also people use it to make soaps and lotions. I really think it makes amazing homemade ice cream, it is so rich!

Butter is difficult to make from goat's milk because it is naturally homogenized. You could either use a cream separator or some people just put it in a shallow pan and wait for a little bit of cream to rise.

I just made my first batch of feta cheese. It actually turned out pretty good!

Goat milk products will be white since they process beta-carotene better than cattle do. Most commercial butter actually has a small amount of carrot juice added for color since grass-fed cows are the ones that make yellow butter and milk. In the old days, they used to put kaolin clay or lime in milk to make it whiter.
