You have a metal working shop? I’m so jealous! Press brake, shears and welder? Or do you have a really good friend with a shop? Either way, that’s freakin’ awesome. I was a Class A machine operator and Class C machinist in my younger days. Never made welder but I can make metal stick together. I had our barn wired so I can get a small cracker box welder later on for simple repairs. I can’t wait to see how this project progresses!

here is the bottom going in I'm going to rivet it all together. If I need to I can drill them out and just redo if need be. It is a tin shop or sheet metal shop. I do havc work. Th sheet metal being used is 20 ga. Gonna see how long it last. I will have less then 100 dollars into it. Price to buy one the same size 300 and up.

Then you are well versed and skilled in sheet metal work. What are the dimensions and how much feed you reckon it will hold?

The metal feeder we have was bought at Tractor Supply and it easily holds 100 pounds, would probably hold 150 pounds. It is a double feeder and cost $180.
