I'm interesting in hearing what others do with their milk - I am milking my sheep, and so far I have made fudge, and I want to make cheese and maybe soap.

Use it as coffee creamer, make soap, give some to the pigs, we have also made butter and 30 minute mozzarella.

I haven't made it yet, but I hear cajeta is really easy to make and really yummy. It's like a creamy caramel sauce.

Cajeta IS delicious, and techncially easy to make - but it's very time consuming. It has to boil down for HOURS! But, the first time you spoon it over some goat milk ice cream - you will know it's worth the time.

We drink our milk, make cheese make soap.
We also sell some milk and cheese, of course clearly labeled "for pet consumption only"

I drink the milk, make cheese and soap, bottle raise a calf or two and feed the leftover to the pigs. and because I'm lazy or get distracted i put my milk for cajeta in the crockpot. I'm less likely to overcook it that way.
