I saw this breed advertised for semen, and also- how do you pronounce the name? like balance-er or bal ants er ?

a balancer is a planned crossbred.such as a galbrath x angus.they call them balancers.

a planned crossbreed....do they have a registry, or? the bull I saw was really nice.....really nice. but for the life of me, I couldn't tell what he was, LOL. Do you know if they breed true to type then? like are all of them the same looking, or can they come out looking different every time?
I know- so many questions! :)

yes they breed as true as they can.or they wouldnt be widely used used.
