what is a good calf training treat?

I have a 2 week old miniature zebu bull calf that is a little bit skittish and I want to lead train him but don't know or haven't heard of any good treats to train him with. I've read that when the calf does what you want you give him a treat but no one tells you :/:/ what kind of treat, can anyone help me with some kind of treat I can get from Tractor Supply? :/

Range or alfalfa cubes/pellets are good treats to give.
