What to do about worms?

Have taken a look at the worms close up....i think they are compost worms (a variety of earthworm) and totally benign. Shovel the stuff out, worms and all and place it around your growing veg.

As OneFineAcre says, the chickens will love them.
You don't want chickens to eat them....those "Red Wigglers" or "Compost" worms are EXPENSIVE to buy. Get a compost going and put them in there and keep adding house/table scraps (no meat) to the pile. Put chicken and goat droppings on it also. Makes wonderful compost for gardens and flower beds.

Thanks all! Just wanted to make sure they weren’t bad kind of worms, like that could be harmful to chickens/dogs/goats. Thanks again!
