I have an older 2 horse trailer that we "semi" converted into a utility trailer when I sold my last horse. It could still be used for small stock or easily turned back into a 2 horse. Some rust, mostly manger area, solid original wood floor under the painted layer. It used to have electric brakes but I'm not sure they work anymore. Needs tires.
Similar 2 horse trailers are going anywhere from $500 to $2500 in this area. I didn't see many comparable utility trailers (i.e. homemade;)).
Would you use a trailer like this? If so, for what? How much would you ask for it?

Just trying to get a good idea on how to run the ad... :idunno
and of course, it is for sale, please inquire within!! ;)

I've already got a stock trailer like the one you are trying to sell.
I use it for animals and transporting garbage to the dump.
I have to be honest I'm not actual owner of the stock trailer nor do I drive- no license or vehicle.

Yes, I'd use that to haul sheep! I would list it high, then you can always come down on the price. It also depends how quickly you need to sell it. If it needs tires, has rust, needs electrical work, possibly other work, that takes down the value quite a bit. Don't list it below $1200.

Only problem with listing (too) high is if folks can't see that value or close to it, they'll move on and never make contact. 4 tires mounted/balanced & re-installed would cost what? Maybe $3-400? How much to fix the brakes? several hundred more? I wouldn't go above $2000... JMHO. Good luck with the sale!
