WHY FORCE MATING

Hello everyone here. I watched on Youtube channel that one can force rabbit mating by tying the part of the doe up to its tail so that the genital opening will show and be accessible to the buck.
I want to know why this act and is there any implication to the doe as regards health issues?

In some cases the buck and doe need a little help to mate. It's not unusual. Having said that, There is zero reason to tie the doe. You can hold her in position and move her tail out of the way to help. Tying her up puts undue stress on her and rabits go into shock easily. Seems like a great way to kill a doe, if you ask me.

Because sometimes does refuse and instead of culling those bad genetics, people want kits anyway.
No, it won't cause problems for either one.

If I have an unruly doe, I tend to put my hand under her belly and ‘lift’ her back end up (while pushing her tail aside) to allow the buck access. It doesn’t cause problems for either, I agree not to tie up the doe, that is unnecessarily cruel.
