Help - baby boy goat not feeling well, any suggestions?

The scours have stopped. He has been given Valbazen for parasites. Pcn for listeriosis, vitamin B, electrolyes, probiotic paste and miloxicam for pain. He is not stiff (no tetnus). He is occassionally shivering (put a light goat coat on him) drinking; but not much. No interest in food really. Even offered steamed parsnips, yogurt, timothy hay, dandelion, comfrey. He is so thin what do I do for him?? My poor little boy. he can get up and down and walk fine. I am so lost as to what to do

Has he been checked for cocci?

I would be getting some DiMethox or SMZ-TMP into him, a B shot daily, and try to find some wild roses, raspberries, etc. to lure him to eat.
