Chillin' with the herd
We have a doe that leaks every time we try to dry her off. Has a history of past sub clinical (non coagulatory staph) mastitis in the side that leaks. Tried tape (didn't work), tried superglue (didn't work)...any ideas? I'm guessing since she had sub-clin mastitis when we got her, this may be a chronic thing. She's our best producer, herd queen, EASY to milk, high milk fat, non aggressive....I just can't seem to get my mind around culling her, and if I DID cull her, would it be best to put her down?
