Good morning, I have a kid (bottle baby)that got diarrhea yesterday morning, started yellow and phlegm-like ,which i know isn't good but then turned black/Green and has continued on till today.
She is bouncing around and being completely normal and crazy and doesn't act sick at all.

Here are some points I thought may be helpful in getting some advice

-She is 3 weeks old Boer cross bottle baby
-I milk the mom, shes only ever been on her milk
-she is in the house right now (we've had frigid temps and weren't expecting having a bottle baby)
-She got her C & D vac.the night before the Diarrea (is that known to cause diarrea!? ive never seen that before)
-she has also gotten to go out side and play a few days, maybe trying new
-she grinds her teeth since she was born ....which i know is associated with pain some times ....but she has always been running around and happy soo i figure its just from teething and trying new foods ect.
-not acting sick, eating bottles regular
-not bloated
-i have never seen her drink water

hope some of this helps with a conclusion. please help with advice on what i can do for her diarrea! I wanna get this under control before something worse happens.I have put soo much into keeping her healthy the last 3 weeks( when we found her she was near froze to death and couldn't walk or take to the doe) and it would just break my heart if something happened at this point.

Thank you soooo much for reading!

So sorry your baby goat is having issues. My first thought goes to Cocci... I would get a fecal sample post haste and have it looked at. If it is cocci, it can kill a young kid very fast, so you don't want to wait. Hope she pulls through for you. Really suck when you lose an animal, especially if you've invested extra time and effort into saving them. Please give us an update when you can.

I haven't, no... But I'm not all that experienced (1 kidding) and that doesn't mean it's impossible... did you dose correctly?

I agree with @Latestarter, she is at the perfect age for cocci to rear its ugly head. I have never seen scours after a CDT shot so no experience with that. Taking her to the vet is smart, hope it all goes well.

update: took her to the vet they tested her poop from this morning that i saved and it showed no signs of coccidiosis ,whew. BUT he gave her an antibiotic ( Draxxin) shot and sent me home with pro bios ( which i kinda figured id need regardless) soooooo hopefully within 36 hrs shell be back to "Ellie".
I am just soo scared of her getting sick :( we've come soooo far since 3 weeks ago. I would be heart broken.

My first thought is a bacterial issue, so antibiotics and probiotics sound like the perfect combo. Hope that she improves quickly! I'm raising a lamb right now, I understand that fear of losing them :(

Thank you for the update and I am glad that you took her in. Cocci can be a killer so always good to rule that out. Hope that the shot kicks this quickly.
