We have one 62.5% Awassi Ram lamb left, currently 3 months old. He also has a mix of Lacaune and East Friesian. Birthing records are on hand for those wanting them. The ram is already fully weaned from the ewe and eating only pasture.
We do not practice vaccination on our animals as we are firm believers this will lead to resistance in time.
The tails are not docked. We have our flock keep their tails for the fat reserves which help them during draught, lambing or milk production.
The Awassi sheep are known for their milk production, resistance to disease and ability to acclimate well to new environments.
