He put some ibuprofen in his veins and said he thought he got into some noxious weeds on the trail. I need to get up early and ride my bike to the ranch to see if he is showing any signs of colic

He isn't related to any Docs horses, is he? If so, him and Casper are relatives

I don't think so. he is a grandson of Impressive. I remember that because Impressive carried a gene for HYPP and Joe tested negative for it. Most people don't know it, but Poco Bueno also carried the HYPP gene.

Doc Bar, like Impressive, had Three Bars as his grandsire. Impressive also had Three Bars as his great-grandsire and great-great grandsire, too, on his dam's side.
