Update
They are mostly feathered & can fly up to the roost with the grownups.
Weighed today, 6 weeks old
Red 21.3 oz (1.33 lbs)
Blue 21.7 oz (1.42 lbs)
Yellow 23.6 oz (1.48 lbs)

Considerably behind average weights for cornishX at this age.

I found this on the AIwebs:
_______________
Cornish Cross:
Slaughter Age: 6-8 weeks
Dressed Weight: 5-7 pounds
Dual-Purpose Chickens (e.g., Freedom Rangers):
Slaughter Age: 8-12 weeks (or longer for larger birds)
Dressed Weight: Depends on breed and management
American Bresse:
Slaughter Age: 16 weeks or more (roosters can be older)
Dressed Weight: Roosters 6-7 pounds, hens 4-5 pounds

However, most of the info I could find from actual people raising them suggested cornishX process at 12weeks & Breese at 14weeks - both having very similar weights at that point.
We'll see.
Since these little guys are being raised in with my flock, they are not getting fed intensely for weight gain. Instead I've put the whole flock on a higher protein feed than usual (flock raiser instead of layer pellets).
Picts later
