I came home to bored puppy destruction. I put them out, made them stay out for an hour. I warned Carson that I was going to let them in and he went out the back door. I also took him for a ride on the mule this morning and when I got home. In about 30 minutes, I’ll put them back outside with their food. I’m supposed to make sure Pepper doesn’t eat all of it, but if the other 2 dummies let her have it, that’s their problem.

I’m up, tossed dogs outside, Carson asked to go out the back door. First cup of coffee down, going for second. Son came in last night, going back this morning. He was camper shopping. Same company, new job is in New Mexico. Other crane operator was told he would get laid off Friday, yesterday, and start back on Monday in New Mexico. The foreman telling him was rude and nasty about it, that operator got mad, cussed him out and quit. Son is only crane operator now. He told foreman that he’s taking 2 weeks off before starting new location. Foreman was extremely nice. Don’t know when his 2 weeks will start. These kind of guys just don’t take any crap. Piss them off, they drag up and quit. The other operator has worked for this company for 10 years, has quit 3 times and they call him back. He called one of the higher up men in the company and cussed him out too. Hilarious. The job has been over for weeks, and they’ve paid these men to show up and do nothing instead of sending them home for 2-3 weeks so they could have some time off. Sounds stupid to me.
