She is so blessed to have you there for her. I hope her pt goes well. She still has a long road ahead of her.

Our UPS driver is a good friend, 35 years of friendship. We trust him, so he will sign and leave a package if we're not there.

Funny story! We were pouring cement caps to go on the rock wall and new steps we put in along the side of our house. I think we were mixing the black color into the cement with a drill motor mixer, so it was noisy. He drove up right behind us and we didn't hear him. He thought it would be funny to give me a scare... well, he scared my husband instead... We were all laughing so hard.

We built this in 2016, when our youngest son got married. My husband loves doing rock work, he's very good at it. A good majority of which we picked up along the way, from WA to MT went into this wall.
It's a bit of a mess at the moment, that's his chainsaw sharpening station.

The weatherman on Houston news is screaming about the Cold Front! It’s going down in the FORTIES Thursday and Friday nights!

The storm they were screaming about never got here, no hail either. But it did rain in Houston and made traffic even more miserable. There was a big wreck on I-45. My sister said there are wrecks o I-45 every day. As an added bonus, the weatherman is screaming about Hurricane Melissa. THAT is truly something to scream about and they don’t even have to exaggerate.

Just finished scooping out 1,104 pounds of feed into 5 gallon buckets and dumping in six 30 gallon metal trash cans and one 55 gallon barrel almost full. It’s windy, blowing the flaps around on the bag, blowing buckets off the tailgate, had to drop a scoop of feed into them. It’s a beautiful sunny day.
