It is 39 degrees! When it hits the 30's it is winter. I don't care what the seasonal dates are, 30's mean winter.

Coffee is ready. PT for SIL this morning.

We drop to the 20's and 30's every night here past month and climbs back to the 50's and 60's by noon.

We don't observe this daylight BS time thing. Instead of showing up at customers houses at 0900 hrs I show up at 0800 hrs

Having similar weather as @Weldman, but it doesn't get quite as warm. High of 52 today, I'll take that.
I'm excited to walk to work while the sun comes up. The pitch black walks aren't my favorite.

I had rain last night woke me at 2am....took 2 hrs to get back to sleep. Predicted to get here later today. Well done & gone now. Farmers have been trying to finish up cotton, last of peanuts and soybean had started. All too wet to work since last weeks rains! Things are at a standstill.

About 4 yesterday I went for cat food. Went to TSC, across from where I was at WM, got 2 bags of alfalfa pellets -- spur of moment & save a trip. Got home to almost dark with time change -- didn't unload feed. So thankful I had driven car, not truck. At least it's dry!! Cause I wouldn't have unload from the truck either, not expecting the rain. Lucky me.

At work. My coworker of almost 18 years retired Friday, so I made coffee at home and brought it in. No sense in wasting effort and grounds for someone who's no longer here.

40 degrees, clear and bright this am. Visitors never arrived yesterday and didn’t text, just left us hanging around the house wondering. It’s a cultural thing to some degree. Their country of origin doesn’t place much importance on punctuality and the well heeled need not bother with explanations to us common folk. They built several lucrative businesses from nothing and are admirable in many ways but- see above. I discourage home visits, shindigs and the like with Hubbs’ clients. Generally get togethers happen at the usual places, restaurants, games etc. He is the bank guy and with the volatility of the economy and the nature of the oil business, the good ol’ boy you had over for drinks and dinner could morph into an angry man threatening all kinds of mayhem if his business gets into trouble and he decides it’s the bank’s fault. This has happened. As ornery as people are these days- see above. Refrigerator fixed today. Hopefully bugs will not step out and do a Rockettes style kick line on the counter singing their rendition of Bohemian Rhapsody. Bughemian. Gotta date with five dishes of dog chow so gotta dash.
