The lab's schedule is Mon-Thurs. So with holidays falling on Thursdays, I get two 4-day weekends!

We had a lovely Christmas at Pam & Joe's yesterday. All ate way too much. Watched It's A Wonderful Life, as usual. Cried at the bar scene, the bridge scene & when it starts snowing again, as usual.
I way over extended myself last week at work. Very likely a bad move, but at this point I don't care.
I was given a daily list of expectations for Mon-Wed (created by my coworker & approved by both of my managers). It had me moving 20 or so rolls through various steps in the process each day. I had that done before lunch each day. I'm halfway through next week's work. Now I just have to decide if I'm going to stop once I reach the end of the list
Today is rest day.
Slowly cleaning up all the clutter, dishes, & general mess that's collected over the last week.
I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas.

Egg salad, frozen eggs, fried eggs. I found that by using silicone muffin tin liners (the stand up by themselves) I can 'fry' a dozen in the air fryer at a time. They freeze ok & are the perfect round size for breakfast sandwiches.
