2023, Waiting on Lambs!

Ohhh Geeze. That just is so wrong. I’d be spitting bullets.
We were looking for land, most that we found was not useable- steep and all rocks and boulders. DH found this land w/o me. I think went back twice before telling me. It’s far from flat, but usable and works for what I do. We looked at spec houses to find a builder based on quality of the spec homes. LOL turns out the builder / GC we chose lives up the hill from us - we can see his house.
Right now I bet all you want to do is kick their sorry *##’s off your property.

Wow. Just WOW. My late DH was a contractor and we built thousands of apartments. I did a LOT of walks to inspect before $ pd on draws. Never allowed such. Yeah, no pay otherwise. Same here when I built my house.

Sorry for these issues you're having. Your correct, incompetent crews. Unfortunately, your not writing the check each draw. THAT's the control...pay. 😱

So, now you have more land. 🤣🥳👍 or 👎😔😵‍💫🤣
Technically, less land. House, driveway, parking, leach field, well & septic areas take up prime real-estate, flat land.

Important things move in sooner. 🤣

Was out adding foam tape and realized that it all comes back to them drilling the pin holes in the wrong place!
If I can figure out how to redrill and backfill, then I can fix it myself. But for now, the tape stopped the stinkbugs and I'll add other foam to block winter air until spring.
Flush? What's that?? 😅

I'm thinking elements of the periodic table for the 2024 lambing season. 🤔
Got most things moved to new house, gotta dig up the breeding drafts.

We did that as our lambing theme years ago. It took us a few years to get through them all. I still have Minnie (Aluminum) and P-Ewe (Pu = Plutonium).
