Several of the "girls" that showed cattle here, reg breeders, have done pics with their show cows... not so far fetched...
As far as for a friend I would look into what your animal actually needs. It took a while to settle in these supplements and tons of research. I went with supplements that complement each other because I felt like that would help Boots since he seems to all ways look a little green. With bullseye if I did a supplement it would probably be something like Bark because it lays on muscle shape and a light cover. For Dutch I fell like we would have pushed hard with that shredded but o may have used like swoop (I think that’s the name) to add flank. This should be fun to watch. What/brand/etc supplements ? (asking for a friend)
Seriously though -what are you getting?
Wow - quite a science to it. That makes a lot of sense. So much to learn and loving it.As far as for a friend I would look into what your animal actually needs. I like rule supplements rn because they obviously used their own sheep for testing and trials. Since I have their genetic I wanted to stay with something that company could help me with. Now it’s also surprisingly the bang for my buck at the end of the day. But there are so many supplements that I haven’t even touched like sawtooth or all n’.
So do research and talk to the companies about what your lamb could need. And know that each animal reacts differently to a supplement. Bullseye have violent diarrhea when I gave him a drop of Texas tea, but I think Boots could probably drink the whole gallon and be fine.
Thanks! Yep I like knowing there is a scientific to it. At least I know it’s not a magic potion.Wow - quite a science to it. That makes a lot of sense. So much to learn and loving it.
