Update:
Last night he was awful. I really thought we were at the end. We want given an anti-inflammatory and B12. He got fancy electrolytes for horses that he absolutely hated. He has a 105.5 fever. And was pooping liquid.

This morning he was alert and moving around. His poop was more solid and the fever went down to 104.1 . I am so happy he pushed though. He ate hay and some grass this morning. He got more electrolytes that he kicked me while giving to him.

We are talking this one step at a time and will call the vet if more progress isn’t made.

Hoping he keeps improving. Dang - you keep having more “Learning experiences” - it shouldn’t be that hard. You deserve some fun things.
Me too. He is starting to improve. I think his fever is going to brake soon. It’s at 106 tonight. He ate feed and hay today. Poop is like dog poop consistency.

So he ate food today!!!! Fever is the same. No meds today. He got electrolytes though, he also is back to runny poop. Not sure what’s up right now but maybe his body is just readjusting. He definitely has more life to him. He loves to lay outside the goats stalls

Have you tried B vitamin shots or paste? It will perk him up.
One of my lambs scoured and I mixed apple cider vinegar half and half with honey. I drenched her with 10 ml twice, 2 hours apart and the scours stopped. I use the ACV and honey on myself when I get diarrhea or even food poisoning. The ACV kills bad gut bacteria and not the beneficial bacteria and the honey is anti-viral.
