Personally, I don't care for "theme" naming. I name my sheep with whatever strikes me.
I have an Easter, born on Easter. Her mother was born on New Year's Eve, named Eve. This year, Easter lambed on New Year's eve, her ewe lamb is Evie. That's about as close I get to theme naming. Almost all my sheep have names. I just let them present their personalities to me or name them for their markings or color. I have Pancake, all white with a brown round spot on her butt. Jet, because she is mostly black, Granny because she has an old face, Fancy because she is spotted, My very favorite name was given my my granddaughters, Frimplepants. I have a Scottie, born on my deceased brother's birthday. Freckles, Sunshine. Dusty. Tiny, Rip, Dessa, and lots more.

come to think of it now Snickers & Twix were from 5-6 years ago so really I could name her one of those names but the thing is my mom hates when you ever use a name more then once she is like oh you can't name your animal that my neighbors cousin had a neighbor that had a dog with that name you might get them confused. No one else even cares just her they were like 6 years ago no one ever talks about them and I don't think I am going to keep the baby anyway because we AI the cows and Toffee didn't get pregnant from that she got pregnant from the bull we have and since the bull is what we are using this year we can't have him breed his daughter. So I think Twix would be fine. Does Twix sound like a girls name? all I think of is a boy name since the first Twix was a steer I never think of them really but I don't know if Twix sounds more like a boy or girls name
