Artistic Roller Skating

I love artistic, or figure, roller skating! I didn't see a skating thread so here's one! My favorite moves are the arc ( which is skating in a circle) and heel-toe spin. I am working on both plus the figure eight. How many of you like artistic roller skating or even ice skating?! I am for now an amateur but wanna be a professional one day.

I used to.
First I used to ice skate and then drifted to roller skate but I have stopped in my 30's.
Now I am sure I would hurt for few days and have some nice crashes.
Can you do the circle heel to heel forward leaning and backward leaning?

I can skate backwards, and am learning to skate completely sideways, if that's what you mean.

Yes, body sideways but leaning forward or back.
I found my old skated in box in the garage.
Good memories.

yeah, I can do that.

The feeling in that move is liberating because one feels like flying in the air with no effort, gliding on one large blade.
No muscles move and is all in the balance.

I like doing an arobesque.

Arabesque is a balance exercise on one skate.
Forward is OK but doing it backward is more of a challenge.

balance on skates comes easy to me. And yeah, backward arabesques are hard! I have to practice that next time I go.
