Ewe had twins and although young they are doing ok, following and laying down with an "Auntie". They had already begun to graze and we supplement with allstock in spring or whenever necessary. They actually left her before she died. I've never seen that but I've never lost a ewe with young lambs.

That's a sad thing...I've never heard of such a thing, but I'm sure it happens. What a horrible loss to lose a nursing ewe. I'm sorry that happened for you. Makes me want to make some ram burger.... :mad:
