Taking an iced tea break. Yesterday evening I set a round bale for young ewes and one for Margali sheep. I’m almost done with rebuilding Max’s pen and I’ve got to set a round bale for him. I’ve got 3 or 5 more panels to put up, T-posts to drive and I can go get Max and let the young ewes out on the field.

My get up and go has left, not for greener pastures, cause that's just more work, but It's just gone. I finished the pen for Max. Neighbors Charles and Holly got 2 truck loads of horse manure for compost. I parked the truck, intending to wash out the back, that didn't happen. As I drifted off to sleep last night, I realized that all 4 windows were probably down. Get up and go check? Then lay awake for a couple of hours? Or just F it and go to sleep. I chose sleep. This morning all 4 windows were down. It did not rain last night. God takes care of crazy people and fools. Add tired to that.

I've fed and pasture walked Tatli this morning. It's getting cloudy and it sprinkled after I got the windows up. LOL Did morning chores, time to go to church.

I picked this up this morning where a burn pile was. The burn pile was brush and trees grown up in the front fence that got bulldozed.

We pick up stuff like that in all the pastures, all the time....Most places around here that have a gully, you will find people used as mini dumps way back... glass, metal, rusty cans, old wire, all sorts of junk. Common here... you get used to doing that sort of pickup...
