Cloudflare has been dealing with "large traffic spikes" this morning and has been intermittently down. This will impact many websites who leverage cloudflare's front end to serve their sites faster. BYC is definitely one of them. It's a Cloudflare issue unfortunately, BYC is just a downstream victim. My own company is also having the same problem today as we're also CF customers.
