Caleb has revived play at the foster's house. Her dogs are 13 and 8, and the hound is a 5yo foster, who I believe is on hospice (had cancer in her eye). The older dogs are having fun playing with Caleb, and we're planning some future play dates.

Fencing is up:
It doesn't look substantial, but I think it will work. I have it wedged on the right between the wall and the cat tree, and also the wall and an aquarium (150 pounds on a heavy cabinet). It's also wedged between two heavy wood bookcases on the left. There's some give, but that makes it harder to climb over.
Opposite view:
Caleb doesn't try to climb over a similar set up at the foster's.
He will be supervised, too.
